APVMA Extends electronic Application and Registration System (EARS)

The APVMA will launch an expanded version of its Electronic Application and Registration System (EARS) via this website on 2 April 2008.

The new version will allow registrants and registration consultants to submit applications in six categories (7, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 14) and monitor progress of all applications, via the internet.

The new version includes :

  • Three further application categories (7, 10 and 14);
  • Access for registration consultants;
  • A data list editor to create data lists for application submission data;
  • More efficient distribution of updates and bug fixes, and
  • An increase in the total file attachment size limit from 1Mb to 10Mb

The new EARS version will also be available from the APVMA on CD.

Important Notice

Users will not be able to access EARS between 12pm and 3pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 2 April 2008 while the new version is being rolled out.
